This is truly a beautiful property and worth visiting just for the views & peacefulness of the valley alone. The food at the property also excellent -- we did the fine dining experience (which you need a reservation for) but I think the regular dinner was just as good! Also all the staff who served us at both restaurants throughout our stay were extremely kind and helpful.
Only recommendation I would give is more communication once guests arrive. Since you pay to enter the park, I assume most people are staying on the property for their entire stay. It would be helpful for the front desk to give an overview of activities in the area and have confirmed our bookings (dinner and spa treatments) during check-in. It was also a bit confusing if lunch was included or not so generally just a little more clarity & information at the start would go a long way to helping guests make the most of their stay!

The location is marvelous, the room very comfortable, spacious and well-equipped, the staff very nice and obliging, and the food… dreamy!

Located in a serene and beautiful valley, the most peaceful place imaginable. Very nice hiking trails around even for families. Hotel is extremely well kept and beautiful, design and art collection are very high standards. Food in the restaurant exceptional.
The full board option includes only a very a light lunch and the evening service is preordered, which takes getting used to.

Location and the wellness
Room is very small no space at all and no feeling of luxury at all,, the breakfast is below bar for 5 stars, the person at the staff didn't bother to help me with luggage, didn't even tell me whats the wifi password, overall people stay here just for view but other than that dont expect the 5 star ..
