This hotel is a boutique hotel with an intimate feel about it. It is warm, calm and in an excellent location. It has beautiful Georgian interior and is very quaint.

The hotel is a good location. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was perfectly fine but not as outstanding as were led to expect.
The view from the room did not match what was advertised on the website. The balcony overlooked a very major and a rather noisy road so not able to sit there and enjoy it. Breakfast had limited vegetarian choice. No fresh fruit juice.

My guests did not have warm water in the room. We reported it several times. They moved guests after 1 day of cold water in different room,where air conditioner was not working (outside was 33 degrees celsius)... then guests were moved back in their old room( 1 am! Tired and sleepy),cause they said all other rooms were taken... 5 star hotel should not have this type of issue. On top of that,they said only sorry. Guests did not get any compensation
