Was the perfect mix of cozy and fancy night away. Everywhere was comfy and clean. Plenty of refreshments. Easy access to surrounding towns.q
Found parking a little far, which I normally wouldn't mind except the weather was awful.

Pleasant room, and a good location, with free on-street parking right outside. Excellent value.
Nobody to greet us in person on arrival, but it didn't matter, as no problems gaining access.

Loved the cleanliness and the taste in decor and, the fact it was so close to the Harrogate convention Centre which we were visiting.
The pillows were too hard for our liking and impacted on our sleep quality

The lady allowed me to check in 30 mins early. The room and the common areas were clean. The location was just opposite the Conference centre, which was very useful.
The price was quite steep considering there was no breakfast included. The parking was off-road, and though I was offered a disc for the short time I needed to park on the last day, after the permits expired, I never received it. I had emailed to request an iron and an ironing board, but never received them or a reply. Almost all of the displayed reviews were before 2018.
