Chic bungalow style resort in lovely grounds with own beach, pool, and all day bar/ cafe restaurant located 1 km to south of Thong Sala port.. Easy 12 minute walk to Pantip Night Market with its cheap & delicious food to suit all palates. You can book day trips at reception. Bungalows have lovely towels, good shower, safe & mini-bar. Good value for the experience. Friendly helpful staff. Recommended.
Worth getting hotel to book car to collect you from ferry. Only time in Thailand I was ripped off on pricing - admittedly that involved paying £10 instead of £4, so hardly ruinous - but worth avoiding.
