The staff were nice, the rooms were very clean, and the hotel is quiet. The spa and pool were very clean and well maintained and the food was also excellent. Many items in the rooms were very hepful such as toothbrushes and little bottlea of toothpaste. Lots of clean towels.
The bed was super uncomfortable and I did not sleep more than 1 hour for the whole night. The pillows were extremely hard and too high for my neck. I have never experienced such discomfort when sleeping in a hotel before, that was the only downside for me, everything else was great.

it has become our families lil haven. it was our second weekend long stay with kids.I can't get over the views of this resort. we love and enjoyed the grounds and the playgrounds. the playroom is nice but could be better. the food on Saturday was exceptional the chefs made food on request like pasta and omelette on request. the staff on sat and Sunday at reception, at the restaurant were all very accommodating. Mariela is a very very good housekeeper!
we paid for a lake view suite, but it felt like a suite with a mountain view unless you were standing up closer to the edge of the room to see it. I was actually very very disappointed because it felt like a downgrade from the superior room we had, instead of an upgrade. all I could see from the bed was the mountain top and the white brick balcony which to me was unpleasant unlike the balcony that was shown in the pictures, if felt very deceiving. there was no babysitter on the weekend. Alot of people were leaving their kids thinking I was the babysitter, because I was watching my kids. the room service almost never answers and when they do, they never get it right. the life guard is always with his headphones on, doesn't seem fit for the job.

Location and proximity to the lake. The breakfast selection is good.
Cleaning should be improved, we found cobwebs on the windows. There was a terrible sewage smell on the reception area. They have alarm clocks in the room and ours was set at 3 am ruining our sleep, they should reset or check alarm clocks to avoid this very unpleasant situation.
