Location is on the beach front. Had a seaview room excellent view but very noisy at weekend when band playing in outside bar/restaurant at hotel.
Breakfast a little basic. Staff very helpful and if anything needing sorted it’s taken care of straightaway.
No complaints on anything.

The position on the beach. The pool. The open area for breakfast. Room was nice.
2 things. It was incredibly noisy on 2 of the 3 evenings we stayed there. A disco when we arrived quite late - we had to shout at the receptionist to be heard. Night 2 very loud live music. Night 3 quiet - heaven! I mentioned the noise to a staff member and he agreed with me and said he didn't like it either! All the bars in Marmaris were equally noisy btw. Secondly nearly everyone but us was smoking. There was a non smoking area but of course the smoke was drifting across.

Great location, lovely big suite with two balconies. Views to the sea and people watching on the boardwalk. Breakfast was simple and Reception staff were nice and friendly.
No sheets on the bed just a small blanket. There was a drain smell in the bathroom at times.

Very friendly staff, good location right on the beach, nice breakfasts, very clean rooms
We stayed in a room with a sea view. It was beautiful, but I wasn't prepared for it being right above a restaurant and without any soundproof. Loud club music played every evening until midnight and sometimes until 1 a.m. Sometimes just too loud. The enclosed balcony and the bathroom window didn't help, and earplugs didn't help either. I wasn't prepared for that. If you prefer active night life it should be no problem.
