Our host (Walid) was incredibly welcoming, kind, and accommodating from the moment we arrived. They encouraged us to explore the beautiful property and make ourselves at home, which made the stay feel extra special. The dinner and wine were excellent, and the cooking class with the lovely staff was a highlight of our trip. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous, and the hospitality made it even more memorable. We highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Tuscany!
A bit hard to get around without a rental car. There is a bus stop nearby that got us to and from Florence, but the bus system isn’t perfect. If I stayed again, I would rent a car.

Great experience at Corte di Valle. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious and beds and pillows were great.
Special thanks to Walid for making the trip into town and grabbing Pizza for us and the staff and other guests! You went above and beyond to make our stay awesome and unique.
When staying here, I recommend the wine and lunch tour at Castello di Verrazzano, but buy the wine from Corte di Valle. Or at least try it before buying elsewhere. I look forward to opening bottles of Corte di Valle Chianti Reserve and the supertuscan here at home over the next year. Easy shipping.
Thanks for the recommendation for dinner at Trattoria Forno down the road. If staying here, you must have the tortillini there.
Either book the refundable rate at booking.com or else ensure you are able to make the trip. This is not a 100 room city hotel where they can easily re-book or absorb a missed stay last minute.

The stunning location, the outstanding hosts (thank you again Walid and team), fabulous food and wine. All topped off by two beautifully behaved and charming canine hosts - Bella & Mocha.

The property was so beautiful, every day we were here we amazed with the landscape and the expansive view of be region. The location had easy access to Greve and other surrounding towns. We enjoyed many glasses of incredible wine in the garden and had comfortable, quiet nights in our beautifully renovated rooms. But the best part of our stay was the owner’s two Labradors Bella and Mocha. The dogs were so sweet and entertaining- we were very sad to say goodbye to them! We will absolutely be back again for future trips.
