Location is Great ! ..our room 137 was nicely located looking over the 2nd pool & spa (preferred to other pools)
..grounds are very relaxing (but afew more benches to sit, read or rest would further enhance)
..majority of staff personable & help
Overall a pleasant hotel stay, and will visit again soon hopefully !
Reserving pool lounges re dump towel & go off for hours, leave no/few available yet sign says not to but staff don't police (many hotels now have 15min rule if unattended, they collect your stuff & store in pool hut, unless actually in pool ..good idea for here)
Disappointed the Restaurant was not completed as expected (did cause some breakfast issues, but staff tried hard)
..although never stayed here before, being regulars to Bali, we'd often eaten here, with food & service always great
..but NOT so this time, overall meals over several nights, 1 was ok, the others really poor (overpriced, with plenty of competition nearby options re quality, service & pricing they need to improve) & service very slow
..most places charge total of 15-25% Govt & Service, whereas this hotel is +45%
..perhaps when new Restaurant opens mid Nov '26, things will be back to 1st class ?

Great location & once the Renos are completed the beachfront area will be more accessible.
Pools are too crowded & the sun lounges seem to be taken early with belongings.

Dated room. Fixings in bathrooms old and tired but aware there are up grades in process
