Ficamos hospedados no hotel durante 6 diárias, café da manhã bem gostoso, com várias opções de pães, frios, frutas, tortas doces e salgadas. Destaco a máquina de café, com várias opções também de chocolate quente, capuccino e expresso. As instalações são muito boas, camas confortáveis,ar condicionado funcionou bem, apesar de termos pegado uma semana com tempo de chuva e frio, foi ótimo. Os funcionários sempre educados e prestava assistência necessária. Quando vi as avaliações anteriores, fiquei com receio de fechar a hospedagem, mas voltaria com certeza. O restaurante da praia e do hotel também gostamos muito. Comidas e drinks deliciosos.
A estrada para acessar o hotel é de terra, pois fica em uma área ambiental. Como estava chovendo, estrada estava bem ruim. Fica mais distante do centro de búzios, mas se quer descansar, sem ficar saindo muito, é uma ótima opção.
Sobre a limpeza do quarto, a mesma é feita a cada dois dias, e como estávamos durante uma semana chuvosa, poderiam tem dado uma atenção maior, pois entrou água no quarto pela porta, tinha somente um tapete pequeno no chão. Solicitamos ajuda para essa limpeza e foi disponibilizada toalhas para colocarmos no chão para evitar que a água adentrasse no quarto. Mas isso não tira o mérito da hospedagem, é só um ponto de atenção para qualificarem o serviço.

Les chambres sont très correctes, confortables et propres. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.
L'endroit est vraiment joli et calme, on peut se promener dans la foret en toute sécurité et voir des animaux sauvages.
Le restaurant est moyen et l'hôtel est quand même un peu loin de la ville, la voiture est nécessaire

Reception staff are kind and 24h reception is always welcome. The view of the pool area is beautiful; The path to the private beach; Room is big; Wi-fi in the room is very good. Breakfast is not completely self-service (you order from a menu, but you can order as much as you want). you can see this as a positive in some ways like eating less and wasting less food, but also a negative for me of asking someone all the time for what I want. Another thing is that I saw some people eating things that were not on the menu and I was not informed about that.
First of all, the 2km dirt road to get to the property from the main road, with big wholes and after a raining day is not very fun driving with a small car. Second, the whole property is very outdated, wood is rotted, no paint has been done in the outside in years, the mattress is not very comfy for me (my partner liked it). About the common areas: the pool area is beautiful due to the view but still needs major update; there is a very tiny spa to fit maybe 3, the game room is completely falling apart (pool table, foosball and poker table) probably still originals from when they open the hotel. I definitely miss a gym there. TV didn’t work. Wi-fi in common areas do not work well.
