Beautiful people running the counter and restaurants.
Very clean.
Not a good location, bit out of the way for shopping but close to the beach.

Breakfast taste was up to mark. However, wanted some more choices for vegan since a friend of ours was vegan.
Personally, loved staying at the villa. The only thing which bugged was that utensils were not provided at the property and the intercom didn't work properly.
Also, a lot of mosquitos which is understandable given Bali is hot and humid.

Staff were lovely, very friendly. the food in the restaurant was very good, we had dinner there 2 nights and the quality was more than i expected. the grounds are very well maintained and very relaxing. having own private pool was a huge bonus for the kids. the villas themselves are very spacious.
The cleanliness is what lets this property down, the bathrooms needs a deep clean, the floor tile area is filthy and smells of urine. its an outside toilet so you can forgive a little but its obvious that its only swept never mopped. you can visibly see ground in dirt and the floor is so sticky from layers of grime. its needs to be power washed badly, the grounds & gardens are kept so well but the cleaning lets this whole property down. even the kitchen area in the villa, sink etc was grubby. some of the sheets had stains. towels are old.
