Nice property
To convince the reception desk and breakfast is included with the room, it's written on the booking.com app, which they did not give,
But in the morning they called at 11 am and said I can have breakfast which was very late already,
But they did send juices for us , which was very kind from them,
Booking.com please check why breakfast is denied inspite of breakfast included written on the booking.com app, please let me know asap

My friend gave me a bouquet of flowers and traditional Indian costumes, and then the hotel staff prepared a surprise gift for me whe they saw it
I couldn’t find it

Outstanding hotel in every way. Staff amazing. Food excellent. Could not fault this hotel in anyway at all.

The location was convenient, breakfast was good, and the hotel had decent facilities and views. Overall, the stay was comfortable and the service was generally okay.
The main issue was with the payment. At check-in, I was told that my previous payment had not been received, so the lady at reception said she would only swipe my card to hold the amount. Unfortunately, I was charged again, resulting in a double payment, and I am still waiting for the excess amount to be refunded. The mattress could also have been more comfortable.
