Couldn't fault any bit of the hotel , staff were exceptional and facilities were amazing. Hotel wasn't too busy and there was just the perfect atmosphere for me and my son

Loved the location, the overall feel of the hotel, fresh interiors, lovely decorations, beautiful pictures throughout, nice leisure centre/swimming pool, surroundings/views/park, nice staff.
Adding shampoo/soap in the showers of swimming pool changing room.
Pillow was too thick and bulky, making my neck sore.

The bathrooms were excellent. The bed was very comfortable.
The breakfast selection was good enough. The staff were very helpful. I enjoyed the pool.
The bedrooms were very tired and drab. The net curtain in our room was torn. The cooked breakfast quality was only fair.
