The price came with breakfast
The selection for breakfast was very limited there was no consideration for vegan or none pork eaters. It was full of football supporters when we arrived

Good location and parking, clean and comfortable rooms and friendly staff
Air conditioning not working, breakfast was nice but not very well organised stood waiting to be seated for ages and no one came so ended up just sitting down. Had to go looking for staff to ask for plates, cutlery and mugs as there was nothing out so we couldn’t get any breakfast. Not ideal with 2 hungry children
