What a unique and lovely boutique hotel! We felt we’d dropped into a story with this beautiful restored Olive Mill nestled in the olive tree orchards above the beautiful coastline of Crete. Each villa was thoughtfully restored to offer modern amenities while retaining original design and charm. The staff were warm, helpful and engaging. The food was outstanding!

The hotel is a basically a renovated former traditional village and olive press, full of character and charm.. we were in a large room newly built in the old style which was really lovely with a large outside space with views .. unfortunately when we were there it poured with rain every day so didn’t use that or the lovely pool. Fortunately as we didn’t really venture out the hotel restaurant is open virtually all day and the food is excellent. The included breakfast fantastic and the staff delightful.
It’s quite a relatively remote location so a car is essential, it’s not cheap and the restaurant is quite expensive also
