The hotel area was well-maintained and rooms clean. Two large pool areas with many sunbeds made sure that all guests could fit around the pool. The beach was clean and good swimming spots were located closer to the Verve Beach Club. The staff was professional and kind. The hotel also arranged surfing lessons, snorkelling trips and many other activities. Location was a bit far away from Senggigi central but had a supermarket and some restaurants/warungs around it, so if you are happy with those services nearby, good, but otherwise I recommend renting a scooter.
The rooms are in a need of renovation as furniture, walls and the bathroom were worn out (still clean though!) During our stay, we noticed that one building was already being renovated.
The breakfast had variety but perhaps more fresh fruits/yogurt would make it even better as most of the food choices had mainly carbs.
The cleaning service did mostly good job but many times hand and face towels were not replaced with new, fresh ones, so we ended up having only bath towels.

We loved the location and convenience, all amenities are at your fingertips. The restaurant options are great, both at the resort and a short distance away. You can visit the Gilis on a day trip

Location is beautiful
Food was very average, room in need of a deep clean and upgrade, staff weren’t very attentive.
