We were an extended family of six, requiring three rooms and requested two interconnecting rooms, which we received. They were stylish and spotless,the pool areas were inviting, breakfast offered many delicious options and the staff was lovely. We really liked the beautiful grounds and beach front location close to many restaurants and shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend it to small family groups like ours, it was fabulous.
Coffee and tea wasn't always offered at breakfast, it seemed a bit hit and miss. Also, our plates were often left too long before being cleared away. We were seated outside near the path, but there was a tea and coffee station there. Also, the resort no longer offers cold drinks on arrival, not even water, which we have never encountered before in 36 years visiting Bali. Instead, we were given vouchers for one mocktail per room and access to afternoon tea for two! I suggest the resort revisits the old welcoming custom of a cold juice which is a fond memory and much appreciated after a hot drive from the airport.

Beautiful grounds and location on the beach. Pools were clean and easily accessible.
No toilet facilities at the Santrian club pool. Had to go t our room. Would have been easier with a toilet closer.

Location, it was a bit of a walk to main Sanur
The staff at check in were extremely rude, all the other staff were pleasant but our arrival reception at the hotel tainted our stay
