> The hotel is very centrally located in Goreme once you find it. It's close to everything - restaurants, shops and tour agencies. The cave room is authentic and cozy, and the rooftop view with the hot air balloons in the morning is amazing. It's a great location for exploring Goreme.
> The hotel is very hard to find. It's quite hidden and there are no clear signs to get there. I got lost and it was very frustrating. I think the reception should be more attentive when guests are lost. They should help more on the phone or have a fixed meeting point, like a known restaurant, where they can pick up guests and bring them to the hotel. A better guidance system would help a lot.

We had two rooms, the king suite was spacious with a very nice view.
The cave room smelled very bad, they must’ve had an issue with the sewer or something. The big room had a very awkward and ugly tub in the middle of the room. Both rooms had nowhere to place the luggage, nor drawers to unpack.

Near restaurants and activities, quiet streets. Great balcony to view the balloons. However they could prepare the sitting situation a bit nicer.
Communicating with staf was a bit difficult. Breakfast starts only at 08:30 which we found pretty late.

Room was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. 360°views from the roof top terrace were amazing
Though the hotel is very close to the centre the lane up to it is quite steep and not negotiable by transfer taxis
The extractor fan in the bathroom is extremely noisy .The shower was good but leaked all over the floor.
A nice touch would have been for reception to display a guide to daily balloon take off time
Aside from a room service menu there was no indication of. any nearby amenities/attractions available in the room or at the reception desk

"This is a gem of a hotel, located in the heart of Goreme. What better place to stay than a room carved our of the bedrock, like many of the famous local attractions? The service was impeccable (a spec..."
