This is my 3rd time staying here. This is my favourite place to stay when I come to London, I would 100% recommend. Staff are friendly and welcoming.
Breakfast is buffet style of full English, croissants and another type of pastry, cereals, yogurt, fruit, cheeses and meats.
This time we stayed in a duplex quadruple room. Clean comfortable king size bed and a double sofa bed, extra pillows available if needed. Safe in the room, iron and hair dryer also. Kettle and area to make hot drinks, tea and coffee provided.

Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very good. Lots of choice.
My side of the double bed was next to the wall. This wasn’t mentioned in the information on the website

Super close to the train station and underground. Awesome full English breakfast and comfy beds.
As usual for many older hotels the bathroom was teeny but had a great showerhead to make up for it!

Close to Paddington
The breakfast area did not work. We went down at 7:45am on a Sunday. It was full. The area itself was too cramped and we were sandwiched between two other couples. I was with my Autistic son, who doesn’t cope well with crowded areas. We ended up leaving.
