I just loved this hotel! Such a peaceful setting, and added bonus that my room location was in a small courtyard with pool. Really spacious room, super comfortable bed and linen. The swimming pool was wonderful, great for my morning lengths! The overall atmosphere of the hotel was very calm, unhurried and gracious. The staff were friendly and relaxed. The gardens were immaculately maintained. The style and aesthetic was sumptuous!
Personally, I enjoy yoga classes… I could have arranged for 1-1 classes but I do like a hotel schedule which wasn’t available here. This is my only minor…. So I was very happy doing my own practice each morning.

Better than in the photos. The grounds were beautiful and we found new routes everyday. There was plenty of space for privacy and little nooks to hide and hang out. We travelled with a toddler and it was perfect, also a varied food menu and wide room service selection. The staff was lovely and very accommodating.
Everything was beautiful.

The food, especially breakfast and dinner was delicious. The staff were professional and friendly. The hotel wasn’t huge.
Saturday lunch times are busy with change over. Some rooms
Need a bit of tlc - our overhead shower didn’t work. We were put in a room right by the mosque and as much as we find the prayers comforting, we were woken too early for a holiday. Unfortunately, we would have had to pay a premium to move on the 2nd night as there were no equivalent rooms available so we stayed. On our second evening we had to cancel our last night as we were suddenly called home to my father who was dying. I understand that we had paid upfront for the rooms so it was unlikely, but the receptionist told us to contact booking.com. Once home when I tried, booking.com contacted the hotel who told them that they wouldn’t reimburse us. I then emailed to hotel directly and heard nothing back.
