location is great
Breakfast was too lean and expensive

Shower was amazing . The singer / guitarist in the piano bar is very good !
I was expecting 2/3 days staying in the hotel spa and hamman. It was completely shut due to renovations. The cost of this place is extremely high for Morroco, especially when you only use the room. Staff should try to smile more. Nicest were the guys at the front door.

Room was spacious and light, pool was awesome and the location can’t be beat.

The facilities, big spaces and the location
Cleaning service was not good. Took the towels and did not replace them. The phone did not work, so I have to go to reception to ask for the towels, and they just left 1 towel when I asked for 2 of them.
The bed was not comfy at all.
