Location, ambience, food and customer focus. It was our 4th visit over 20 years and it has maintained its high quality and improved its facilities. Best hotel breakfast ever!

Fabulous location and a lovely hotel. We had a Spa sea view room and it was beautiful.
The air conditioning did not work correctly and kept cutting out. We mentioned it to reception who said they would get maintenance to check it. It went off thudding the night and was uncomfortable. We told reception again but it took until our last day of our three night stay for it to be properly repaired.
