The location was great - easy free on street parking right by the hotel and only 7 minutes walk to Tres Cantos railway station - 30 min train to central Madrid costing only Euro 2.60. The hotel reception is open 24h/day.
The hotel has a cafeteria- nice coffee but the breakfast sandwich wasn’t the best.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
The bed was large and very comfortable.
The room was very clean and had a fridge.
The bathroom had a bath!

Clean accommodation, large rooms, excellent staff. This was the second time we stayed in the accommodation whilst in Europe. We attended a wedding nearby, but found the location, whilst outside of Madrid itself, was well connected by train to Madrid's Atocha Station an excellent and quiet location. Hotel kindly looked after a large bag for us while we travelled Europe for 4 of the 5 weeks we were there.

Came back to this hotel after an amazing stay in April, and it was just as great the second time. The staff are exceptionally friendly, and the service is top-notch. The location is also very convenient: bus 827 from T4 Barajas stops right in front of the hotel, and the train gets you to central Madrid in just 25 minutes.
The only minor downside was that I could not find a dedicated smoking area.
