Every member of staff was friendly, professional and genuinely wanted guests to have a wonderful time. We have stayed at this hotel many times and recommend it highly.

Breakfast was good and we decided to go all inclusive which was a good choice. The accommodation is good, clean and comfortable. It had excellent touches that make it more comfortable e.g. a handle to get into the shower, ramps as well as steps. The staff are excellent, hard working and friendly. Everything was kept very clean and you are not allowed to put a towel on a sunbed and walk away! The beach towels are for the length of your stay rather than having to change them every day. Sustainable and ecological without affecting the service. Swimming pools were excellent
Location: The hotel is nearly at the end of a long beach which is shingle and sand. There are no restaurants open near the hotel (October) and the town is either a long walk along the beach or by an hourly bus (no buses in afternoon) or taxi. Getting a taxi in is easy as the hotel will ring for you but we found it challenging to get a taxi back. Nice taxi drivers when you do find one though. Best to ring up Radiotaxis.
The food was good, healthy and well cooked. But it was a bit repetitive, salads pizzas chips and stews.

Pool area, plenty of loungers, lots of breakfast choice, large comfy bed
If you want a quiet end to your day sitting on the balcony forget it if you get a pool view Room opposite the stage, from 8 _11pm every night,it is loud even if you close the doors and window in your room, how families with kids manage i don't know,,seem to lean towards the Spanish tourists which is fair enough it's their country,I did question the volume but basically told it's holiday season get over it,it would have been nice to have been given a choice of or pre warned about the noise levels, I'm not a killjoy by the way but if I wanted entertainment like they supply I would have gone to benidorm, for the price i expected better,
