Location across the street from the beach, see view in 'the lateral see view room' was excellent. Skybar and swimming pool there. Easy access from the airport: short ride by taxi (minimum fair 17 euro) or by public bus stoping few steps from the hotel. Nearness of the airport does not disturb at all. Plenty of restaurants around.
Bathroom with glass door.
Even though the room was booked for three people (three beds were prepared indeed), the third set of everything was missing - no third chair at the balcony, no third glass/cup, no third duvet. Only tea, no coffee offered, along the kettle.

Breakfast was great. Everything for everyone.
The bed - not great.
Location - great.
Staff- not so great.
I could very easy to give a 10/10 but on the final day, with checkout at 11.00, at 10.50 we were allmost kicked out of the room. The person that allmost break into the room was very inpolite. Maybe is something normal, and we are simply not used to this behavior. So for that reason, i believe that we'll not come back. It was simply bad.

Location is great! Minutes away from airport and overlooking the beautiful beach of Playa de Palma!
Sheets smelt of wet socks, we complained twice but even when replaced they still smelt terrible.
Air-conditioning was not working, reception told us they would see to it but no one turned up.
Water flooded the bathroom everytime we showered.
