Great facilities, spacious rooms with nice balconies! You can easily find street parking in the streets around the hotel; we only stayed there for one night, walked to the center on foot. Would definitely come back :)
Our room door was in front of the staircase so we could hear people coming back home after a night out... i guess that just depends on the exact location of your hotel room. Otherwise a nice place to stay :)

It was conveniently located. About half an hour walk from the cathedral. Plenty of restaurants nearby
There was a smell of damp in places such as the gym

Tranquility and ambience …an oasis just 20 mins amble from the centre. Have stayed here many times - no need to look elsewhere.
Breakfast set up excellent - poolside.

The hotel has everything that you might require for an accommodation where you're going to spend the majority of your time out of the hotel. Nothing is missing, but nothing is wow.
While I liked the hotel as a facility, however the team, I believe, requires no less than 3 to 6 months of dedicated training on how to smile, and eventually how to deal with customers; also (while some of the staff can speak English ) the others that can not have to appreciate people who cannot speak Spanish, as they kept engaging with me in conversation in Spanish, as if I had to understand them.
Frankly the team friendliness should be revisited by the management.
