The food and restaurant service provided by Antonio was excellent.

The location was a little remote. Stairs steep so awkward for taking luggage. I would have liked tea/coffee in our room even though it was available in the courtyard. Pillows weren’t good but they did have pillows to change.

We originally booked one night, but after arriving we immediately booked an extra night. The vibe of this place is amazing, informal, colorful very relaxed. The service is excellent. Breakfast is amazing, best ever. We also had dinner there and I must say this was also very good. The wait for it was long (probably because of the place being packed)but that didn’t bother us at all. If you are ever planning to stay in Arcos or its vicinity absolutely book your stay here, we would!

The food tends to be on the cooler side. This is probably because the food is grilled outside before going to the kitchen to be plated. After this it’s served in the garden. So it is cooled of a bit by the time it arrives.

Wonderful location, nice and quiet. The accommodation has a lot of atmosphere and great views!

Too be honest, it all feels a bit old. Common areas could use a refresher and the breakfast was also a bit less than what we expected. With prices of this level, you would expect fresh products and not from small plastic containers (jam etc).
