TUI MAGIC LIFE Bodrum - Adults Only

This was our second time staying at TUI MAGIC LIFE Bodrum, and we returned specifically because of the outstanding hospitality. The resort itself is beautiful and the food is delicious, but what truly makes this place special is the amazing team. They make you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. A massive thank you goes to the entire Entertainment Team: Pabllo, Jason, Taryn, Carla, Liliane, Halil, Dilek, Gazel, Büşra, Lucia, Tayfun and Kaan! You guys are absolute stars! With your endless energy, amazing shows, and contagious good vibes, you made every single day a highlight. Your passion is what brings the "Magic" to life! Also, a big thanks to the special guests of the event week: Claudia Hahn (Inner Warrior Retreat) and Vedat Erbay (Archery Camp) – both were fantastic additions to our holiday! We were also completely spoiled by the rest of the staff. The Bar Team, especially Hasan and Mustafa, kept us refreshed with great drinks and always brought a smile to our faces. In the restaurant, Kadir and Ahmet from the service staff did an outstanding job—attentive, super fast, and incredibly friendly. A special shoutout goes to Ülkü from Housekeeping. Our room was sparkling clean and perfectly made up every single day, thank you so much for your hard work! Whenever we had a question, Meryem from Guest Services was there for us. She is extremely helpful, professional, and handles everything instantly. Bottom line: Having visited twice now, we can confidently say that the people are the heartbeat of this resort. We will definitely be back for a third time!

As constructive feedback for the resort: We noticed that the music playlist at the parties felt a bit repetitive with several songs replayed multiple times, and occasionally, some of the tableware in the restaurant wasn't completely clean. A bit more attention to detail there would make the experience flawless.

Very calm, and well maintained place. The night events were very well organised and didnt disturb if you are at room. Sound isolation was perfect

Room very nice set up! Food was fabulous for all meals. The beach is very nice and sandy. Staff very friendly everywhere (restaurants, bars, extra activities) and provided a lot of fun at the evening parties.

My expectation was in the room to have shampoo, shower gel and body lotion but there was only a type of shower gel in a bag. The balcony is a bit small.

The location was exceptional

The drinks were not that great and some of the staff were just not that friendly
