Good location - quiet and close to the sights. Very close to the ferry to Murano/Burano.
The price was good for Venice.
Got an old room, not like the ones in the photos. A bit outdated, run-down, very simple. If I had known that, I probably would have chosen another hotel.
The breakfast was quite basic - no hot meals, almost the same every day. But ok for 3 nights.

Very new and modern hotel. Nice breakfast with boiled eggs, salmon, vegetables and fruits. Capsuled coffee machine on the breakfast. Very clean hotel, new facilities. The personal was nice and helpful. We left our luggage on the reception after check out. Water refill.

Very clean, modern, beautiful room! my boyfriend and i both agree they have the best pillows we’ve ever used, like sleeping on clouds!! Will definitely be staying here again if we ever revisit.
location is not most convenient but it’s not far! just a little off the beaten path

Proximity to sights
Although a non-smoking room unfortunately previous guests smoked and it left a stale smell in the room which was otherwise spotlessly clean
