Staff and location excellent!
Twin beds horrible. Lumpy and uncomfortable and needed more pillows Bathroom sink would not drain. No hand towels.

The room was spacious, air conditioned and clean. Very friendly x welcoming staff. Loved the rooftop bar too.
I think if I stayed here again i would upgrade to a room with a balcony. We couldnt see out of our window, a preference and not an issue

Excellent location with everything of interest within easy walking distance. Also very handy to catch the train to Pisa.
Good roof top terrace with bar which also supplied food.
No tea or coffee making facilities in the room - a must for even a basic hotel.
No hot water at night for a shower.
Door leading to balcony a metal strip at the bottom of the door had come away on the edge and could have easily cut your leg.
Cleaning of balcony left a lot to be desired and the glasses supplied for drinking were not cleaned.
Rooms dated
Roof top terrace did NOT have a hot tub as shown in some of the pictures
