The room and the bed were comfortable, with enough space to store everything. There was also a safe in the room.
The room could be cleaner and with no hair in the bed. It was sometimes loud because the room was located next to the elevator. Also, the construction site nearby made noises started from early morning.

Clean, nice style, friendly people, good breakfast , great location
8 / 10Excellent·Jun 2026
Online and self-service check-in/out, clean room with everything necessary for a short stay, great location, well served by public transport and bike-sharing options (also a not too long walk from the centre and station), Innsbruck WelcomeCard included!, friendly staff (although the interaction was very short)
wifi didn't work at all in a 4th floor room - it connects but the signal is too weak, unusable

The room was clean, with good facilities.
Overpriced. The neighbours slammed the doors several times during the night, a good sleep was only possible with ear-plugs. The city tax was wrongly charged twice.

"Clean and very cozy. Wonderful employees, really good breakfast. Location is perfect - not far from the city centre and very quiet. Close to the train station."
