Staff was friendly
I felt like front office staff was overworked, very nice though

Haved stayed there numerous times, like layout of room plus large counter in bathroom for wife. Room was clean little noisy with all the vehicles traveling so close was mention by other quests to me. Not a big deal. The woman that did worked the desk and did breakfast was very kind and didn't force quests out right at 9:30 which was nice.
Would have liked scrambled eggs for breakfast like they do at other comfort inn 's. Wife and I did not care for egg sliders. Are our age 79, would prefer a walk in shower or handrails in bathroom.

Very clean; bed very comfortable.
No Kleenex’s in the room.

Breakfast was ok, very minimal selection for a diabetic. Lobby appearance was inviting.
Asked for first floor, didn’t happen. Made reservations way in advance. The location is very noisy with traffic, Jake brakes start about 4-4:30. am. When leaving the hotel only allowed right turn on a two lane road.🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️. Staff we spoke to didn’t speak English well enough to exchange towels only and no room service needed. Black mold in shower, room 233. Dirty toilet bowl.
