Location in Downton. Big spacey apartments.
Despite the good sound insulation, the noise from the highway is still disturbing.
There is no coffee machine in the apartment.
The pool water was very cold.
The apartment building is old and needs further refurbishment.

Staff was caring, polite and helpful. They accommodated our request for extended check out. Changed our room when we complained of noise
The traffic noise, the hotel is next to a busy road and flyover, soundproofing wasn't adequate. We had trouble sleeping.
It didn't help that the apartment building is separate from the hotel and there's a long walk to breakfast
