Clean and well organized. Rooms are small but for Paris it is expected

Clean, spacious, stylish and new rooms, perfect location, very good breakfast with many sweet and savory options, free coffee/tea bar with sweet treats in the afternoon, very helpful and friendly staff
Even there is a pillow selection, they were too high for me

Friendly staff, location was great being so close to Notre Dame, walking along the Seine River, relaxing in the Luxembourg Gardens, many great restaurants/Pubs nearby, etc.

Location
The room does not have a DOUBLE LOCK. We had a major scare in the middle of the night because somebody tried to get into our room with a hotel key. Good thing, I was with my husband. Apparently, the day staff did not mark the room occupied in the system and the Night Shift front desk. Staff assigned our room to another guest. They apologized, but the damage has been done. The day staff offered to cancel the city tax as compensation which was only 16 euros !!!. There was no sincerity in her apology at all!!! Because of what happened I will NEVER go back to that hotel.
