The location is excellent. It's close to everything, with a metro station just nearby.
The walls were shockingly dirty. We also needed to call the police about a lost item, a simple call, but the female staff member at the front desk refused to help even after we explained we had a language barrier. In the end a stranger on the street was kinder and helped us instead.

"It is quite comfortable to stay here; there is a washing machine for laundry and a microwave for heating up food."
