Breakfast very poor. Coffee smelt funny from machine, ordered oats and they were inedible, eggs smelt funny. Poor fruit selection. Wish we hadn’t bought it and just gone into Galway as lots of lovely cafes

All the staff were very helpful during my stay.

Customer service from point of arrival was very good. May I add 45 min prior to arrival I got a call as there seemingly was an issue with the roo. Which I had originally booked .I asked the staff member to come up with a satisfactory resolution and to call me back promptly because I was at that point on my way to the hotel. She did call me back 10 minutes later with an upgraded room and when I arrived I received voucher from the receptionist for the bar as a good gesture. So all in all I was happy with the service, my stay and also the breakfast was nice I couldn't personally fault it. And I most definitely would recommend the hotel and I would stay there again.
