Excellent value for money in a wonderful location in South Kensington. Beautiful building. Nice and helpful staff. I will stay here again.
It takes a while to figure out the heating as there is a radiator and AC which counteracts each other.

Lovely location, great for Royal Albert Hall and Natural History Museum. Friendly warm staff, especially all girls we dealt with on reception. Nice breakfast with plenty of choice.
The bathroom was very cold in the morning with no heating. Timed heating in main bedroom took a while in the morning too.
One tiny lift as it’s an older hotel which you can sometimes be waiting a long time for. But wouldn’t deter staying, just need to allow more time.

Location great Very central only 5 minutes from Natural Museum & 10 from South Kensington Station
Single room size good
Breakfast was okay Good selection but nothing great
Bathroom in the room very tiny I had issue to enter in the tiny shower
Room was not perfect clean. There was a free bottle of water but was not sealed So maybe filter tap water
Not so great for a 4 start hotel & the money I paid
