The room had a great view, it was spacious, a big and confortable bed, super clean, nice bathroom, looked like newly renovated. We liked the Panorama restaurant with a great view on the Danube and the city. Breakfast was also excellent. We also went to the ground floor restaurant, good wine there.
We arrived the same time when a group came. The receptionists seemed overwhelmed and not really on the top of the situation. We asked if any available room they answered a big no. I booked then on booking.com where there were available rooms. Finally they allow us to stay. But the tone of the receptionists and the service was not what it should be.

I enjoyed my stay so much! The reception staff and the staff at breakfast and in the restaurant were all very kind and helpful. They answered all my questions and explained everything in detail. The breakfast was amazing, served on the highest floor of the building, with a spectacular view. The view from my room was also amazing. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend this place!
I have absolutely nothing negative to say! Everything was perfect, and I truly enjoyed my stay.

I felt like a queen! Everything was absolutely wonderful for the moment I entered in the hotel. Very kind, supportive and professional staff. They provided detailed information about my accommodation from the very beginning, with a lot of patience. The room was impeccable, clean, cozy, with a lovely view over the Danube River. I loved the towels very much! The room was cleaned every day. Bed was big and very comfortable. High speed internet is also a big plus. Plenty parking spots free of charge for the guests. I would love to live there every day! Thank you very much for hosting me and congratulation also for the great team you have there.

The bed was comfortable, it was clean and it had a large parking. The food in restaurant was good for dinner and breakfast.
The windows were not sealed properly and the qind was coming in to the room and that is a problem taking in consideration that outside were -5 degrees.
