Friendly staff and great location
Bar/restaurant on the ground floor was shut for a private function so i had to go out to eat dinner.

Our second stay at Ascott Sathorn. Family loved it last time for location, facilities, size of rooms is very generous and staff are amazing so we returned.
A minor issue but for the price, it is getting a little dated. We were surprised the TV's were not smart TV's to enable casting.

Huge rooms, good breakfast and pleasant staff
Unfortunately we were in a suite where the AC didn’t work in one of the two rooms. They fixed it next day.

Staff are not trained to resolve customer issues or even try to understand - To my surprise, my both kids are registred to 0 years of ages !!! umbelievable (Surely a mistake from Booking.com) and not mine. I was humilated in front of my family and people present at the Restaurant as I am a Cheater !!!! You definitly need to train your Staff - Surely, I won't come back and I won't make any recommandation to my circle
Train your people on Customer Service - It should be someone to talk to , basically a decision maker
