Excellent accueil, accès autonome très pratique.
Chambre spacieuse et confortable, bien chauffée dès l’automne. Communication via whatsapp.
Non seulement les chiens sont acceptés mais ils sont les bienvenus, avec un très gentil cadeau.
Notre chambre donnait sur la rue et c’était malheureusement un peu bruyant (cris sous nos fenêtre et voitures qui roulent vite). Je précise que j’ai le sommeil léger.

Nous sommes revenues à l'hôtel Oberje Dla Viere pour une nuit et nous avons été aussi satisfaites que la première fois. L'accueil et l'attention du personnel sont excellents. Nous avons eu une chambre plus grande que celle que nous avions réservée et Raffaele nous a également offert un petit-déjeuner ! Merci pour toutes ces attentions, elles n'ont rendu notre séjour que meilleur 😊
L'hôtel est facile d'accès, les explications pour se garer et y accéder sont très claires. L'accès à la chambre est très simple aussi.
L'hôtel est calme, et nous avons passé une très bonne nuit. La chambre était très propre, spacieuse et la literie de bonne qualité !
Le petit-déjeuner très bon aussi : viennoiseries sorties du four, petits pains, du salé (bacon, fromage, œufs,...), des gâteaux. Nous recommandons à 1000% et reviendrons avec grand plaisir !! 😁

Breakfast was lovely, good variety and plenty of everything. Staff were all charming
1. Hotel is really rundown- our room smelled damp and there was black mould on the walls.
2. Bedding was very old and did not feel clean.
3. Paint peeling and shower door was hanging by 1 corner.
4. We booked this hotel based on it advertising a free shuttle bus to the ski area. We were told, at check in, that the bus was not running and we would need to walk for about 20 minutes to the train station and then get a bus, at our expense (x5 ) to the ski resort. So what we expected to be a free 5 minute journey had become an expensive 1/2 hour one. The other option was a taxi, again at our expense and this was 20Euros each way. This was extremely disappointing as we would not have booked this hotel, so far from the resort, without a bus included.
As it turned out, the manager of the hotel drove us to the resort 4 out of 5 mornings in her car and collected us on 3 of the days. The other journeys were at our expense and arrangement.
It was kind of her to do this but it was not easy. There were 5 of us, 4 of whom are 6 foot plus men so we did not fit comfortably into her Fiat Punto and the situation left us very much on the back foot. If you plan on staying at this hotel and using the bus I would advise confirming in advance that it is running.
