The checkin process is easy enough and the appartment was similar to a large hoel room with a kitchen. Inexpensive for the room & facilities. It is the location to be in with Grand Central station & the Grote Mark't close as well as the Zoo & a chocolate shop even closer.
The street parking requires management, but I was lucky that my stay was the weekend.

The location was good. It is spacious and close to train station as well as the flixbus station. Everything is walkable from here. There were no troubles with check in.
It was very dirty. Towels were not properly washed. Toilet is also dirty and there was a lot of noise during the night. My sleep was interrupted several times during the night. Mattresses were also dirty.
