Hotel Croatia

We arrived at 8pm after a day in Dubrovnik, wish we stayed longer. The place was really really nice. We left at 4am so we didnt see the sea. Want to come back.

We have just spent five wonderful days at Hotel Croatia, and our stay was truly memorable. First and foremost, we would like to express our sincere appreciation to the two exceptional waitresses, Francisca and Mora. They were absolutely amazing! Both of them demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, kindness and genuine care for the guests. No matter how busy the restaurant was or how crowded it sometimes became, they always remained calm, smiling and incredibly attentive. They did everything in their power to make every guest feel welcome and to fulfil every request. Their positive attitude and warm smiles made a real difference to our stay. They are a true asset to the hotel and deserve special recognition. The hotel itself is beautifully located, surrounded by stunning scenery and the unique atmosphere of Cavtat. The setting is simply breathtaking and makes the hotel a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Adriatic. We were also pleasantly surprised by a lovely birthday gesture prepared for us by the hotel. It was a very thoughtful and touching surprise, especially as we were celebrating a special birthday and our wedding anniversary during our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Hotel Croatia and felt very well looked after. We are leaving with beautiful memories and would certainly love to come back. Thank you to the entire team, and especially to Francisca and Mora, for making our stay so special! We will definitely return.

everything was perfect

We both loved the location, I picked it because it was close to the airport and also, the town looked lovely. We were excited to be able to use the gym facilities too after not having had access to any for over a month. The pools and spa facilities were also a wonderful feature to have. Our room included breakfast and it was awesome with lots of choices. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The gym is quite tired looking and there were no mirrors.

Clean and rooms were nice.

No air conditioning available which I thought was just a way of saving money by the hotel - we had to ask for a fan or we were told to keep the balcony doors open -for a 5 star hotel with no functioning air conditioning I though was very poor !! Food in all inclusive restaurant was basic, average with little choice - didn’t even have ice cream available for kids !!
