Very well set up and absolutely gorgeous views. The villas are very handy for those travelling with children. The kids club was a big hit and the staff are very friendly.
You can only get confirmation of late check out on the day of check out despite us asking many days before. This isn’t helpful as we couldn’t plan ahead. They moved us to another villa next door in the end which was nice but would have been easier to just be able to request late check outs in advance. We also got conflicting information about this from different people at reception when was confusing.

All of the staff are over the top friendly. You felt very welcome.
The accommodations are spacious and well maintained. Room service and the shuttle service are very quick. Water activities were perfect especially in the calm bay. Yoga classes were very good as well.
Desserts seemed sophisticated by description but lacked the flavour and variety. The food was very good but portion size is smaller than expected for the very high price of the food.

Customer service excellent,from reception staff , shuttle drivers , food service , housekeeping all brilliant.
I saw 2 cockroaches at the Masala restaurant and that put me off. Thats the only negative comment that I have .

Love the all inclusiveness of the property. The fact that you get to experience everything without having to leave the property
Was not happy about my room . It looked totally different from the picture when we booked . It didn’t feel clean it needed an upgrade. Plus you can hear everything from the guest next door which was very disturbing.
