Breakfast was very polish in style but plenty of choices for everyone - I found the desk staff excellent always happy to help - very good levels off English
Could be a bit noisy at night ( from other rooms ) but I do not see that as the hotel problem as such

Superb bed (firm), excellent service
I’m a stomach sleeper, and all the pillows in the room were high. I had to sleep without a pillow altogether, which didn’t exactly help with the quality of my sleep.

Breakfast was great
Small bed was a little uncomfortable

Room was big enough and the bathroom was quite nice.
Staff didn‘t smile or greet us at all, they talked very little. We didn‘t feel very welcome. We didn‘t get small towels. There was a noise going on throughout the whole night, maybe a fridge. It was very annoying.
