Wonderful hotel with an amazing Sea View. The staff is very professional, I arrived in the late evening and got a very comfortable room on the 12th floor. In the room the traditional sweets - welcoming was waiting for me, it was so nice! I had a dinner in the Italian restaurant (pizza, salad, etc.) and the Italian cuisine was perfect. The room was cosy and very well cleaned. The breakfast was TOP level with many different dishes for any choice and season fruits, I loved it! Special thanks to the Reception and Mr. Ayman Zein, personally, for fulfilling my requests and help me even with finding some places in Alexandria I want to visit. Mr. Ayman and the Reception staff arranged a taxi for me, assured that I would be in safety. I am traveling all around the world and it was the best warm welcoming and care! Definitely, recommend this hotel for all types and groups of travellers.
See you again in Alexandria soon!
