Good location, ample parking, good breakfast.
Sound insulation was poor (-1 floor), neighbor shower piping hissing was especially prominent. Hey, but who goes to Dolomites for long morning sleep, right? :)
Was surprised to be asked 2€ for evening tea, many apartments have that for free.

The breakfast was quite poor with highly processed food. No alimentary fibers, foods high in simple sugars, industrial-red meated cold cuts, freeze-dried ananas and orange juices and white bread.
