Great location, amazing staff, good food. The rooms were spacious, well equiped and the hot tub in selection club rooms was a great add-on. Very family friendly, nuce start point for exploring the island and visiting some great restaurants.
Many mosquitos, no anti-mosquito equipment (nets, sprays, etc). The rooms are not soundproof, you can hear everything happening on the outside, especially if you balcony overlooks the patio in the middle. So if you plan to go to bed or to tuck your baby in before 22:00 (when the evening programme ends), you should forget about it.

The hotel is good for families with kids. Playgrounds, 2 pools (1 heated), activities, shows, ice cream and alcohol-free cocktails made our kids staying amazing! Kids also had a big variety of food like pasta choices, pommes fries, burgers etc.
It was also great for adults- easy check-in / check-out, clean rooms, pool towers and especially food: dishes from different cuisine was served every dinner plus sea food and grilled fish/steaks etc. The beach was clean with clear water and warm enough for the mid October, it took 5 min to get there from the hotel. You can rent beach chair and a paraply for 9 euro incl.locker for valuable things, but there was a plenty of space to lay on the towel.
I would highlight the excellent solution about the bracelets - they were the keys to the room and a way to pay in the bar.
We missed music in the pool area.

Everything was excellent, the staff was amazing g and helpful. So clean, and on time. Food was great, everybody find something they like
Most of singing bands on evening made our big group sleeping, All the rest entertaining groups, like magic show, bubble show... was amazing.
Buffet area was nice and clean, just was missing peppers of food names and allergies where mixed up. My dother is lactose intolerance, It was hard to understand what she can eat and what she can't.

- very convenient location near the beach
- buffet had a wide selection of foods and was well equipped for children
- room was clean and comfortable
- front desk staff were helpful and friendly
- mosquitos were an absolute nightmare and there didn’t seem to be any measures in place to manage them
- staff in the dining area were sometimes unfriendly and the dining space wasn’t always well cleaned
- kids club wasn’t very inspiring, the activities organised could be more imaginative
