Room with a balcony was great. Friendly staff.
No elevator, too many steps, very small room

The location was ideal. The staff friendly and the room nice and clean.
The steps are steep, but a really nice workout. Staff and other travelers were so helpful in getting luggage up and down.

Quaint, little boutique hotel! Wonderful location! Affordable compared to other hotels in Amsterdam! The continental breakfast was exceptional! Staff was professional, helpful, and friendly. They experienced a tremendous loss while we were there. I noticed a framed photo of a gentleman displayed on the behind the reception area. There was a small candle burning next to his photo. I asked about the photo and, with tears in her eyes, the lovely woman at the desk told me the owner of Hotel Nadia had just passed away. She told me she felt like she had lost a member of her family. The staff carried on, albeit with heavy hearts.
No complaints at all. I can’t even complain about the stairs bc we were made aware of them when I booked our reservation. And, well, it’s Amsterdam! The staff happily carried our baggage up when we arrived and back down when we departed.
