Great location , very friendly helpful staff .
The room was really dark and quite dated

Location was excellent as it was within easy walking distance of train station, hop on boats, Dam Square, etc . The street had many restaurants and shops and most convenient for tourism. Coffee and tea were available 24 hours in the hotel's small breakfast corner along with cookies, croissants and such in the mornings.
Reception staff were polite and helpful.
The hotel has a dated look. Carpets were old, furniture was old and dark. If new lighter furniture is put, the room would be brighter and feel more spacious. There was only one problematic item - the Hair Dryer ! It barely functioned for a minute at a time before heating up and stopping. One had to wait at least 10 minutes before being able to use it again for a minute ! A better quality hair dryer should be installed.
