Location is perfect and is a big apartment - very comfy for 4 adults.

Location is perfect and is a big apartment for the 4 adults that went. All very clean and tidy and everything worked. I have stayed here before and would absolutely stay again.

For the price - not a lot! The only thing I can think of is a clothes horse to dry washing as there is a washing machine, but no where (that I can see) to dry the washing. Thanks

excellent stay, very convenient and comfortable. Would definitely use it again.

Location was amazing - 5 minutes walk from the apartment to the centre or 8 to the beach. perfect location if you don't have a car to use.

rooms could be changed to twin rooms - which would give a bit more flexibility with sleeping (so the sofa bed wouldn't be needed) - the rooms are definitely big enough to accommodate this. But we knew this in advance so have absolutely no complaints. It was ideal for us.

Excellent location of flat but otherwise an extremely disappointing booking given poor/unresponsive responses by Tur

Central location. Excellent shower water pressure.

1. Extremely late check in time. Check in is at 6pm (!)…unless you pay 20 euros in which check in is 3pm. Most places will allow a usual, free of charge check in at 2pm. We opted to pay for the 3pm check in. We arrived at 3:05pm after a long drive from Bilbao and the self check in code did not work. Our mobile phones required wifi to communicate with Turquoise main office via WhatsApp so we had to find a bar nearby with wifi in order to alert the office (who were not aware we’d paid for earlier check in) to finally let us in. After searching for functioning wifi, at 3:40pm we got hold of the office. We entered the flat at 4pm exhausted. Turquoise office apologized and were firm in that it was our fault for not alerting them earlier and thus couldn’t remove or discount the charge. 2. Wifi signal in Apartment 2 barely functional. Even while placing the computer/phones directly on top of what I thought was the router, there was 1-2 bars of wifi signal with frequent dropped connections. After alerting the main office to please evaluate the situation, a WhatsApp message stating that the system works fine & resending the password was their response. After some investigation, the signal was strongest in the street so I assumed the main router was in Apartment 1 and what we had was a weak amplifier. The office stated that the system is such that all apartments are set up only with the tethering amplifiers. They apologized again. 3. Scalding shower temperature. Although the water pressure was superb, the hot/cold function of the shower was malfunctioning. Only hot and scalding were available.

10 / 10Outstanding·Oct 2026

Casa carina posizionata molto bene.
