Did not inform guests that rooms would only be cleaned every other day. I ran
Out of Kleenex, coffee, etc.
I asked a maid if she could clean my room and returned 3 hrs later with nothing done, then the front desk told me there was a labor shortage.
Guests should be told when they check in an extra supplies could be ordered.
I didn’t care if the sheets were cleaned every day
